目的加强对放射性废物库的安全管理,确保辐射环境安全,防止放射事故的发生。方法遵照国家及地方针对放射性物质管理的法律法规,以山东省城市放射性废物库运行管理为例,分析叙述放射性废物库的有效运行管理模式。结果不断完善安全运行管理制度,且得到全面落实,配置安防技防设施设备,要求处于良好运行状态,加强培训,提高人员素质。定期监测,掌握辐射剂量变化动态,做好年度评估工作,应急演练,防止事故发生。结论城市放射性废物库的建设和安全运行,为消除放射性废物(源)造成的隐患起着不可替代的作用,通过科学、有效的管理措施可以确保城市放射性废物库安全运行。
Objective To strengthen the safety management of radioactive waste banks, ensure the safety of radiation environment and prevent the occurrence of radiation accidents. Methods According to the national and local laws and regulations on the management of radioactive material, taking the operation and management of radioactive waste banks in Shandong as an example, this paper analyzes and describes the effective operation and management mode of radioactive waste banks. As a result, the safety operation management system was continuously improved and fully implemented. Security and anti-technology facilities and equipment were deployed and required to be in good operation, to enhance training and improve the quality of personnel. Regularly monitor and master the dynamics of radiation dose changes, make annual assessment, emergency drills and prevent accidents. Conclusion The construction and safe operation of urban radioactive waste banks play an irreplaceable role in eliminating the hidden dangers of radioactive waste (SOURC). The scientific and effective management measures can ensure the safe operation of urban radioactive waste banks.
