用免疫细胞化学ABC法研究乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)单克隆抗体在脊髓前角和延髓脑神经运动核的定位。结果发现脊髓各个节段的前角运动神经元、胸髓侧角、骶副交感核部位和延髓脑神经运动核(舌下神经核、迷走神经背核和疑核)均有ChAT标记的细胞。形态多样,有多极形、三角形、椭圆形和梭形不等。利用VIDS-Ⅲ型图象分析仪对ChAT标记神经元胞体进行了圆直径、周长和面积测量分析。结果还提示ChAT阳性神经元的分布与背髓前角运动神经元、胸髓侧角、骶副交感核,脑神经运动核的部位一致,ChAT是上述神经元的重要递质之一,可能与躯体运动、内脏活动的调节有关。
Immunocytochemical ABC method was used to study the localization of ChAT monoclonal antibody in the anterior horn of medulla and medulla oblongata. The results showed that there were ChAT-labeled cells in anterior horn motor neurons, medulla oblongata, sacral parasympathetic nucleus and medulla oblongata motor nucleus (hypoglossal nucleus, vagal dorsal vagal nucleus and suspicious nucleus). Various shapes, multi-polar, triangular, oval and fusiform. The diameter, circumference and area of ChAT labeled neurons were measured by VIDS-Ⅲ image analyzer. The results also suggest that the distribution of ChAT positive neurons is consistent with the parts of the motor neurons in the anterior horn, the lateral horn of the medulla, the sacral parasympathetic nucleus and the cranial motor nuclei. ChAT is one of the important neurotransmitters in neurons, Exercise, visceral regulation of activities.
