本文应用三重核素技术测定外渗至血管外的大分子如白蛋白的增加,对血管通透性损伤作了定量分析,并研究了微血管损伤的数量效应,报告了在兔模型照射2~14Gy后微血管完整性的即刻效应。实验用直线加速器15MVX线(其剂量率高,可使动物麻醉时间缩短)照射新西兰白兔前后肢以研究血管通透性改变并将其对侧肢体作为对照。结果:与对照组比较,照射后兔骨骼肌的血管内外空间无差别,但有大量白蛋白从血管床渗至血管外空间。在本实验条件下观察到,从照射2Gy起
