管理信息系统（ＭＩＳ）的质量关系到系统效能的发挥及其生命力。本文从ＭＩＳ的质量概念入手，分析了影响ＭＩＳ质量的各种因素，详细地论述了ＭＩＳ的质量管理及其生命周期中的质量管理活动。认为要保证ＭＩＳ的质量必须坚持系统工程的思想，对ＭＩＳ生命周期的整个过程进行全面的质量管理。
The quality of management information system (MIS) relates to the system performance and its vitality. This article starts with the quality concept of MIS, analyzes the various factors affecting the quality of MIS, and discusses in detail the quality management of MIS and the quality management activities in its life cycle. In order to guarantee the quality of MIS, we must adhere to the idea of system engineering and carry out a comprehensive quality management of the entire process of the MIS life cycle.
