利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机测定了V-N微合金化600 MPa高强度钢筋钢在不同冷速下连续冷却转变的热膨胀曲线,结合显微组织观察,获得了该钢的动态连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明,当冷却速率小于1℃/s时,组织为铁素体和珠光体;当冷却速率为3℃/s时,出现少量贝氏体;当冷却速率为8℃/s时,珠光体消失,组织为铁素体和贝氏体;当冷却速率为10℃/s时,开始出现马氏体;当冷却速率在20℃/s以上时,组织全部转变为马氏体。
The thermal expansion curves of V-N microalloyed 600 MPa high-strength steel under continuous cooling transformation at different cooling rates were measured by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation tester. The dynamic continuous cooling transformation curve of the steel was obtained by microstructure observation. The results show that when the cooling rate is less than 1 ℃ / s, the microstructure is ferrite and pearlite. When the cooling rate is 3 ℃ / s, a small amount of bainite appears. When the cooling rate is 8 ℃ / s, Disappeared and organized into ferrite and bainite. When the cooling rate was 10 ℃ / s, martensite began to appear. When the cooling rate was above 20 ℃ / s, the microstructure changed to martensite.
