目的 了解医学生对基本生命支持(basic life support,BLS)教学的相关知识的掌握程度,调查和评估医学生参与实践教学的效果,为医学院校进一步推广学生参与实践教学模式提供必要的参考信息.方法 采用问卷调查方法对四川大学2011年2月~ 2013年12月参与技能实践教学工作的86名学生进行面对面调查,辅以访谈法收集学生的意见并进行统计分析.结果 医学生参与BLS实践教学后,对BLS相关知识掌握得更好(P<0.05);对BLS面向公众教学的认知及对BLS重要性的认识较参加实践教学前有明显改进(P<0.05);医学生参与实践技能教学后获取BLS相关知识途径除学术讲座外,在网络、报纸等方面较参与教学实践前也有不同程度的提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).医学生参与BLS实践教学后,大多数学生认为参与BLS教学时间为每月一次合适.结论 学生参与BLS教学可以提高学生自主学习能力和学习兴趣,改善学习态度.“,”Objective To understand the studens mastering knowledge of teaching about basic life support (BLS),and to investigate and evaluate effect of participating in teaching,so as to provide the necessary reference information for medical colleges to further promote student assistant.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 86 students participating in skill teaching from year 2011 to 2013 and opinions were collected by interviewed in the school,and statistics analysis of results.Results After students participating in the BLS teaching,degree of understanding of related knowledge of BLS,problems encountered in the implementation process and attitude has increased significantly than before training (P< 0.05) ; student assistants requirement for BLS training has increased significantly (P< 0.05).Conclusions Autonomous learning ability,interesting of learning and learning attitude are improved for the students assistant participating in the BLS teaching.
