在论述深孔镗削加工过程中自激振动和螺旋沟产生的机理后,分析了石油测井仪器筒体深孔镗削加工中导向块长度对镗刀扭转变形和稳定度的影响。开展了导向块对镗削加工振动和扭矩影响的试验研究。研究结果表明,在一定范围内增加导向块的长度,对减小振动有积极作用;但随着导向块长度的增加,力和扭矩增大,刀具扭转变形增大,导致扭转振动加剧,因此导向块长度也不宜过长,加工材料为0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb、直径为38mm的深孔时,合理的导向块长度为20.5mm左右。
After discussing the mechanism of self-excited vibration and spiral groove in the process of deep-hole boring, the influence of the length of guide block on the torsional deformation and stability of boring tool in deep hole boring of oil logging instrument is analyzed. The experimental research on the influence of guide block on the vibration and torque of boring machining is carried out. The results show that increasing the length of the guide block within a certain range has a positive effect on reducing the vibration; however, as the length of the guide block increases, the force and torque increase, and the torsional deformation of the tool increases, resulting in increased torsional vibration. Therefore, Block length should not be too long, the processing material is 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb, 38mm diameter deep hole, a reasonable guide block length of about 20.5mm.
