对于学困生的转化,一直是学校教育中的难题。笔者认为:学困生存在是现实的,教师更应从各方面给予关心与帮助,激发他们的潜力,克服消极心理,提高主动行为能力,塑造健全人格,助其树立正确的人生观与价值观。实现这些,唯有教师之大爱。 The transformation of poor students has always been a difficult problem in school education.
