献血还是卖血,已成为一个国家文明程度的标志之一。若干年来,国际上大多数国家积极推行无偿献血;1975年世界卫生组织通过决议,督促成员国加速自愿无报酬献血发展。无偿献血已成为各国输血工作的发展方向。
Donating blood or selling blood has become one of the hallmarks of a country’s civilization. Over the past few years, most countries in the world have actively promoted blood donations. In 1975, the World Health Organization passed resolutions that urged member states to accelerate the development of voluntary unpaid blood donations. Blood donation has become the development direction of blood transfusion in various countries.
