班主任是与学生接触时间最久、影响学生最深的人物。班主任的一言一行都会对学生一生有着重要的影响。初中是学生成长发育的关键时期,所以,初中班主任一定要完成引路人的重任,运用科学而有效的方法把握学生的心理,尊重学生的个体差异,促进学生全面发展。班主任在进行管理的时候一定要做到张弛有度,要与学生多沟通交流,用真心去换学生的真情,利用智慧和人格魅力为学生领航。
Class teacher is the longest contact with students, affecting students the deepest figure. The teacher’s every word and deed will have an important impact on the student’s life. Junior high school is a crucial period for students ’growth and development. Therefore, the junior middle school teacher must finish the important task of guiding the passersby, use the scientific and effective methods to grasp the students’ psychology, respect the individual differences of students, and promote the all-round development of students. When the teacher in charge of management must be relaxed, to communicate more with the students, with the true exchange of students for the truth, the use of wisdom and charisma for students pilot.
