本文研究常压下用H-ZSM-5沸石作催化剂的邻氯甲苯的异构化反应。探讨了载气的种类和用量、稀释剂的种类和用量、反应温度以及重时空速(WHSV)对邻氯甲苯异构化反应的影响。实验结果表明:催化剂活性随着铝含量的增大而增加,催化剂的逐步减活是由于ZSM-5沸石表面结焦所致。H-ZSM-5对于邻氯甲苯的异构化具有良好的活性稳定性。邻氯甲苯在H-ZSM-5催化剂上异构化的可能途径为:邻氯甲苯间氯甲苯对氯甲苯。
In this paper, the isomerization of o-chlorotoluene with H-ZSM-5 zeolite as a catalyst under atmospheric pressure was studied. The effects of the type and amount of carrier gas, the type and amount of diluent, reaction temperature and WHSV on the isomerization reaction of o-chlorotoluene were discussed. The experimental results show that the catalyst activity increases with the increase of aluminum content, and the gradual deactivation of the catalyst is due to the coke formation on the surface of ZSM-5 zeolite. H-ZSM-5 has good activity stability for the isomerization of o-chlorotoluene. O-chlorotoluene in the H-ZSM-5 catalyst isomerization possible ways: o-chlorotoluene m-chlorotoluene toluene-p-chlorotoluene.
