国土资源部与住建部3月25日联合发布“土地新政”之后,北京、上海、广州、南京、成都、厦门、石家庄、江门等多地公布了2015年土地供应计划,各地土地供应世锐减,北京、上海、广州等一线城市的降幅均超过20%,其中北京土地供应包括住宅用地供应和商品住宅用地均创十年新低。土地供应计划的锐减,将给市场带来未来住宅供应减少的信号,相应带来土地和商品房价格止跌回升的明确预期。
