平滑靴的正常使用决定着采煤机的是否正常运行,通过对MG500/1200采煤机使用过程中平滑靴插槽出现的问题进行了研究和分析,材料力学只是对改进结构进行理论计算,利用先进CAE模拟软件对改进后的平滑靴槽进行设计和分析。
