近年来．随着经济的高速发展，社会生产总值和国民收入有了大幅度增长．可是与此同时国有企业亏损面也在逐年扩大，形成强烈的反差．解决国有企业的亏损问题，已成为当前的一十突出问题。本文仅就国有企业亏损的原因和扭亏增显的措施谈一下个人粗漫的看注。
