随着时代的发展,各企业对于员工薪酬管理的方法也在不断改革,而对于即将转制的铁路系统而言,该问题愈发突出与紧急。本文以铁路系统为研究对象,简要分析激励理论及其在铁路系统员工薪酬管理中的运用。首先对何为激励理论做出了简要概述,接着列举激励理论在实际过程中的应用,最后给出了运用过程中的注意事项,希望能促进我国铁路系统员工薪酬管理应用水平的不断提升。
