本文采用家兔19只,在Urethane麻醉下观察了电流,谷氨酸单钠(MSG)及利多卡因分别作用于三叉神经起始核及终止核时对呼吸运动的影响,并与脑桥被盖网状核进行了比较:(1)用200μA的电流刺激三叉神经起始核及终止核,呼吸频率及膈神经放电积分幅度明显增加,用相对参数刺激脑桥被盖网状核,呼吸频率稍有增加,膈神经放电积分幅度无明显改变。(2)起始核及终止该内微电注射MSG20μl,呼吸频率和积分幅度均有明显增加,而向脑桥被盖网状核内注射时则无明显变化。(3)核团内微量注射1%利多卡因0.2μl,起始核及终止核均使呼吸频率和积分幅度明显降低,但脑桥被盖网状核则对呼吸无明显影响。以下结果表明,刺激兔三叉神经起核及终止核对呼吸有一定的影响。
In this paper, 19 rabbits were used to observe the effect of current, monosodium glutamate (MSG) and lidocaine on respiratory movement during the initiation of the trigeminal nerve and the termination of nucleus under anesthesia with Urethane. (3) 0.2μl 1% lidocaine was injected into the nucleus. The initial nucleus and the terminating nucleus all decreased the respiratory rate and the integral amplitude. However, the reticular nucleus covered by the pons had no significant effect on the respiration. The following results show that stimulating the rabbit trigeminal nucleus and terminate the check of the respiratory have a certain impact.
