上海市建筑科学研究所最近试制成功轻质硅酸钙板材。它是用硅质材料、石灰、石棉、水及少量助剂等,按一定比例,经混和、搅拌、挤压成型、高温水热合成、烘干、加工整修而成的一种以托贝莫来石型水化硅酸钙为主要组成的新型无机板材。硅酸钙板具有轻质、高强、保温、耐热、不燃等优良性能。制品干容重为600公斤/米~3左右,抗折强度为70公斤/厘米~2以上,导热系数低于0.1千卡/米·时·度,使用温度最高可达650℃,可加工性好(可锯、可刨、可钻、可拧螺丝)。它适于作工业窑炉、设备、精密仪表等的保温构造材料,高层建筑中的耐火复盖材料,以及船舶中的防火隔堵材料。现已由上海县莘庄石棉厂进行生
The Shanghai Institute of Building Science has recently trial-produced a successful lightweight calcium silicate sheet. It is made of silicon material, lime, asbestos, water and a small amount of auxiliaries, according to a certain proportion, by mixing, stirring, extrusion molding, high temperature hydrothermal synthesis, drying, processing and refurbishment. Stone-type hydration calcium silicate as the main component of the new inorganic sheet. Calcium silicate board has excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, heat preservation, heat resistance, and non-combustibility. The product has a dry bulk density of about 600 kg/m~3, a flexural strength of 70 kg/cm~2 or more, a thermal conductivity of less than 0.1 kcal/m·hr·h, a maximum operating temperature of 650°C, and good processability. (Saw, planed, drillable, screwable). It is suitable for thermal insulation construction materials such as industrial furnaces, equipment, and precision instruments, fire-resisting covering materials for high-rise buildings, and fireproof insulation materials for ships. Has now been born in Shanghai County Xinzhuang Asbestos Factory
