“十三五”时期是我国内河发展的战略机遇期,也是发展瓯江江海联运的关键时期。当前,瓯江江海联运系统还处在起步阶段,但是内河航运运量大、运费低、节能环保的优势已得到政府和企业的重视瓯江是浙江省的第二大江,蕴含着丰富的内河航运资源,可联接温州港、舟山港等沿海港口。发挥瓯江内河航运的优势,建立起江海联运系统,是落实海洋强国和内河经济带发展战略的重要体现。
