学生宿舍管理工作的质量直接影响到学校各项工作的正常运行和校园文明建设的实施。为了管理好学生宿舍,充分发挥宿舍的育人功能,改变学生宿舍管理与教育分离的现象,通过强化宿舍管理老师职业意识、加强对宿舍管理老师的培训和指导、改革德育成绩考核方式等办法的实施,提高了宿舍管理老师的综合素质及教育管理学生的能力,降低了学生在宿舍违纪的现象,使宿舍管理质量得到明显提高。
