为了解兰州地区新生儿微量血糖正常值及其影响因素.方法 采用德国生产的Reflolax~RⅡ型微量血糖仪对本院出生的正常新生儿143例于生后3天内测定了微量血糖值,并观察了日龄、胎龄、性别、体重、体温对血糖值的影响,同时对36例窒息儿于生后48小时内测定了血糖,并进行了相关因素分析.结果12小时内血糖值为2.33±0.82mmol/L,24小时为 2.64±0.72mmol/L,72小时为3.92±1.07mmol/L.经相关分析表明,血糖值与日龄、胎龄呈正相关,与体质、性别无明显关系.窒息儿血糖值随窒息程度加重而降低,并与日龄呈负相关,与体温呈正相关.结论 本研究提供了兰州地区新生儿初期微量血糖的正常参考数据.
To understand the normal blood glucose levels of neonates and their influencing factors in Lanzhou area.Methods The blood glucose levels of 143 newborns born in our hospital were measured using the Reflolax ~ R Ⅱ micro-glucose meter manufactured in Germany and observed within 3 days after birth The effects of day age, gestational age, sex, body weight and body temperature on blood glucose level were measured, and 36 cases of asphyxia were measured within 48 hours after birth, and the related factors were analyzed.Results The blood glucose level within 12 hours was 2.33 ± 0.82mmol / L, 2.64 ± 0.72mmol / L in 24 hours and 3.92 ± 1.07mmol / L in 72 hours.According to the correlation analysis, there was a positive correlation between blood glucose and age and gestational age, but no significant relationship with body constitution and gender The value of blood sugar decreased with the increase of asphyxia, and was negatively correlated with age, and positively correlated with body temperature.Conclusion This study provides the normal reference data of initial blood glucose of neonates in Lanzhou.
