目的：观察中药“莱菔承气汤”联合普瑞博思治疗糖尿病合并不完全性粪块肠梗阻的疗效。方法：糖尿病不完全性粪块肠梗阻患者８８例随机分为２组。治疗组（５０例）应用“莱菔承气汤”，每日１剂，中病即止；口服普瑞博思１０ｍｇ，每日３次，疗程７日～１０日。对照组（３８例）单用普瑞博思１０ｍｇ，每日３次，疗程７日～１０日（排便后减量５ｍｇ）。结果：治疗组治愈２８例（５６．０％），有效２０例（４０．０％），总有效率９６．０％；对照组治愈１７例（４４．７％），有效１５例（３９．５％），总有效率８４．２％。２组疗效比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：“莱菔承气汤”联合普瑞博思治疗糖尿病不完全性粪块肠梗阻较单用普瑞博思疗效显著
Objective: To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine “Laifeng Chengqi Decoction” combined with Pregabel in the treatment of intestinal obstruction with incomplete fecal block in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: 88 patients with incomplete fecal block of diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (50 cases) application of “Lai Chi Cheng Qi Tang,” one day a day, the disease stops; oral Pregabalin 10mg, 3 times a day, the treatment of 7 to 10 days. The control group (38 cases) were given Puri Bose 10 mg three times a day for 7 days to 10 days (5 mg after defecation). Results: The cure group was cured in 28 cases (56.0%), effective in 20 cases (40.0%), the total effective rate was 96.0%. The control group cured in 17 cases (44.7%) and effective in 15 cases (39. 5%), the total efficiency of 84.2%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusions: The efficacy of “Breast-supporting Decoction” combined with Pregabel in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction in diabetic patients is more effective than that of propranolol alone
