一、前言金属玻璃,亦称非晶态金属,是近十年来人们广泛研究的对象,是理论上与实践上都极其关心的一种新型功能材料。80年代起,随着其制造技术的进展,已从实验室研究逐渐走向工业生产及实际应用。目前,利用金属玻璃的一些独特的磁学性能作为漏电开关、开关电源、脉冲变压器、电源变压器、电磁传感器、磁头、磁屏蔽,磁分离器等元器件的敏感材料。然而,其电学性能在工业上的应用还鲜有报导,尚待开发。
I. Introduction Metallic glass, also known as amorphous metal, is the object of extensive research by people over the past decade and is a new type of functional material that is extremely concerned both theoretically and practically. Since the 1980s, with the progress of its manufacturing technology, it has gradually moved from laboratory research to industrial production and practical application. Currently, some unique magnetic properties of metallic glass are used as sensitive materials for components such as leakage switches, switching power supplies, pulse transformers, power transformers, electromagnetic sensors, magnetic heads, magnetic shields, magnetic separators and the like. However, the application of its electrical properties in the industry is seldom reported yet to be developed.
