引入集群知识创造能力的概念,指出其受到集群内企业间知识交换机会、知识交换的推动因素和知识交换有效性三类变量的影响。认为影响集群企业间知识交换机会的因素是集群产品的知识宽度、技术模块化程度和技术动态性;推动知识交换的因素是集群领袖企业的合作导向水平和被交换知识的性质;影响知识交换有效性的因素是集群企业知识重叠水平和解除过时的知识交换关系的能力。提出相对应的三种类型的集群内知识创造失灵,最后分析对于集群及集群中企业的启示。
This paper introduces the concept of cluster knowledge creation ability and points out that it is influenced by three kinds of variables such as the opportunity of knowledge exchange, the promotion factor of knowledge exchange and the effectiveness of knowledge exchange among enterprises in the cluster. It is considered that the factors affecting the opportunities for knowledge exchange among enterprises in a cluster are the knowledge width, technological modularity and technical dynamics of the products in a cluster. The factors that promote the exchange of knowledge are the cooperative orientation of the leaders in the cluster and the nature of the knowledge exchanged; The sexual factor is the ability of the cluster enterprises to overlap the knowledge and to eliminate outdated knowledge exchange relationship. Put forward the corresponding three types of knowledge creation within the cluster failure, the final analysis of the cluster and clusters in the enterprise inspiration.
