目的:研究预成纤维桩对口腔修复牙周指数的影响。方法:选择我院口腔科在2015年8月-2016年8月收治的80例口腔修复患者,一共有100颗患牙,随机将患者分为对照组及观察组,对照组40例患者50颗患牙,观察组40例患者50颗患牙,对照组使用传统铸造金属桩冠修复,观察组使用预成纤维桩以全瓷冠修复,所有患者在治疗之后进行五个月的随访。观察并且对比两组患者的临床疗效、牙周指数及满意度。结果:对两组患者的五个月随访疗效进行对比,对照组患者的成功率为81.2%,观察组患者成功率为100%,明显观察组患者成功率比对照组患者成功率高,两组患者数据差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。对照组患者满意度为20(50%),观察组患者满意度为38(95%),明显观察组患者满意度比对照组高,两组患者数据差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。对比两组患者修复前的牙周指数,数据差异均无统计学意义(p>0.05),修复后的各项各项指标对比,观察组明显比对照组优异,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:预成纤维桩在口腔修复中具有良好的应用效果,能够有效改善患者牙周指数,值得临床应用及推广。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of prefiber piles on periodontal index of oral repair. Methods: A total of 80 dental prostheses were enrolled in the Department of Stomatology from August 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital. A total of 100 teeth were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in control group Forty teeth in the affected group and 50 in the observation group were repaired with the conventional cast metal post crown. The observation group was repaired with the all-ceramic crown using the prefiber piles. All patients were followed up for five months after the treatment. The clinical efficacy, periodontal index and satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The five-month follow-up of the two groups were compared, the success rate of the control group was 81.2%, the success rate of the observation group was 100%, the apparent success rate of the observation group was higher than the control group, the two groups Patient data were statistically significant (p <0.05). Satisfaction of patients in the control group was 20 (50%), and satisfaction in the observation group was 38 (95%). Patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p <0.05). Comparing the two groups before restoration of the periodontal index, the data were no significant difference (p> 0.05), after the repair of the various indicators, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the two groups of data was statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion: Prefabricated piles have a good application effect in oral rehabilitation, which can effectively improve the periodontal index in patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
