目的研究纳米中药对大鼠急性溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用。方法利用苦寒泻下中药番泻叶,灌服大鼠,使其产生脾虚症状,再用冰乙酸化学刺激法复制溃疡性结肠炎病理模型。用肉眼观察整段结肠的黏膜改变情况;梯度稀释法行粪便菌群分析,了解几种代表性的菌群的改变;一般病理切片,行染色,观察镜下病理变化。结果与正常对照组相比,发生溃疡性结肠炎时动物的体重、肠道内优势菌群双歧杆菌(BS)和乳酸杆菌(LBS)数量均显著性降低(P<0.05),且伴随相关体征。结肠肉眼观察及病理切片检查恶性改变。中药通过扶植肠道优势菌群缓解了溃疡性结肠炎的症状,常态中药组与模型对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);纳米中药小剂量即可达到满意的治疗效果,纳米中药治疗组与常态中药治疗组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论纳米中药可以作为一种微生态调节剂,即从调整肠道微生态失衡角度来治疗溃疡性结肠炎,具有较好的疗效。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of nano-medicine on acute ulcerative colitis in rats. Methods Rats were treated with senna and diarrhea under bitter cold, and the rats were given oral administration to induce symptoms of spleen deficiency. The pathological model of ulcerative colitis was duplicated by glacial acetic acid chemical stimulation. The mucosal changes of the whole colon were observed with the naked eye; the gradient microbe analysis was performed on the fecal microbiota to understand changes in several representative bacterial groups; general pathological sections were stained and the pathological changes under the microscope were observed. Results Compared with the normal control group, the body weight of the animals and the number of the dominant bacteria in the intestinal flora Bifidobacterium (BS) and Lactobacillus (LBS) were significantly lower (P<0.05) and related signs were observed in the occurrence of ulcerative colitis. . Visual observation of the colon and pathological biopsy showed malignant changes. Traditional Chinese medicine relieved the symptoms of ulcerative colitis by culturing the dominant intestinal flora. There was a significant difference between the normal Chinese medicine group and the model control group (P<0.05). The nanometer Chinese medicine can achieve a satisfactory therapeutic effect at a small dose, and the nanometer traditional Chinese medicine treatment. There was a significant difference between the group and the normal Chinese medicine treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nanometer Chinese medicine can be used as a micro-ecological regulator, that is to treat ulcerative colitis from the perspective of adjusting the imbalance of intestinal microecology. It has good curative effect.
