目的 :观察图形视觉诱发电位与静态定量视野测量在青光眼诊断中的应用价值。方法 :用图形视觉诱发电位和静态定量视野 (Humphrey 30 2 )联合测量了 16例 ( 16眼 )原发性开角型青光眼的视功能。结果 :视觉诱发电位的异常率是 6 9% ;视野测量的异常率是 75 %。 94 %的受检眼有一项或两项检查项目异常。结论 :当刺激图形空间频率较低 (刺激方格较大 )时 ,或者当受检眼视力较低时 ,视觉诱发电位和视野的异常率较高。图形视觉诱发电位与静态定量视野测量对青光眼的诊断具有很大的参考价值。
Objective: To observe the value of pattern visual evoked potentials and static quantitative field of vision in the diagnosis of glaucoma. METHODS: The visual function of 16 patients (16 eyes) with primary open-angle glaucoma was measured by a combination of graphic visual evoked potentials and static quantitative field of vision (Humphrey 30 2). Results: The abnormal rate of visual evoked potential was 69%; the abnormal rate of visual field measurement was 75%. 94% of the examined eyes had one or two items of abnormal examination. CONCLUSIONS: The abnormalities of visual evoked potentials and visual fields are higher when the spatial frequency of the stimulation pattern is lower (the stimulus squares are larger), or when the visual acuity of the examined eye is lower. Graphic visual evoked potentials and static quantitative visual field measurement of glaucoma diagnosis has great reference value.
