“精彩!真精彩!”这是《大宋提刑官》的广告语。中央电视台的《大宋提刑官》一经播出,就得到一片掌声、观者如潮。其实在此前后也上映了几部刑侦电视剧,比如海岩的《平淡生活》、《案发现场》等等,但观众反应平平。为什么《大宋提刑官》会脱颖而出,特别精彩呢?有人认为,由于2004年4月国家广电总局下发《关于加强涉案剧审查和播出管理的通知》后,很多涉案剧在午夜或者下午播出。
