在教学实践活动中,实施有效评价能够指导学生自我发展和进步。新课改提出了以学定教的教学指导思想,这也从根本上改变了课堂教学评价,由重视教师的教学向重视学生的学习转变。为此,课堂教学中的有效评价可以让学生的学习具备方法、方向、动力以及让教师的教学实现理想的效果。下面,笔者对如何在小学数学课堂教学中实施有效评价进行了阐述。一、实施多元性的教学评价相对于单一性评价的多元性评价注重激发学生的潜力与发展
