本试验是在温室内在小麦幼苗上用有效成分浓度为25ppm的粉锈宁和有效成分浓度为20ppm的叶锈特作了对小麦叶锈病的保护、治疗、铲除和传导作用的试验。结果表明,粉锈宁的理想保护期是在喷药后的7天之内,保护效果达62.0%,叶锈特的第7天的保护效果达100%,第9天的保护效果仍为97.0%,说明叶锈特的保护效果比粉锈宁好,并且保护期长。粉锈宁有内吸治疗作用,有效期是在叶锈菌侵入寄主后的4天之内,治疗效果达83.0%;叶锈特的治疗效果仅为24.0%,可见粉锈宁的治疗效果显著,比叶锈特好。粉锈宁在小麦体内能传导,主要是向叶片的顶端传导,向基部传导木明显;叶锈特的传导方向不明显。粉锈宁抑制孢子萌发作用表明,粉锈宁只能杀死小麦叶面孢子堆里的孢子。初步认为其作用是杀菌而不是抑菌。叶锈特也是这样。有效成份浓度为52ppm的粉锈宁和有效成份浓度为20ppm的叶锈特,对小麦幼苗没有药害。

Triadimefon inhibited spore germination shows that triadimefon can only kill spores in wheat leaf spores. Preliminary view that its role is to kill bacteria rather than antibacterial. Ye rust special is the case. The effective ingredient concentration of 52ppm of the triadimefon and the active ingredient concentration of 20ppm leaf rust, no damage to wheat seedlings.
