分析了碳氮共渗时炉气碳势不稳定的原因，通过试验找出了碳势和氧电势之间的对应关系，并提出了碳势控制的方法。
The reason why the carbon potential of the furnace gas is unstable during the carbonitriding is analyzed. The corresponding relationship between the carbon potential and the oxygen potential is found through experiments, and the method of carbon potential control is proposed.
