明确桔小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel)远距离飞行过程中的体重和糖原的消耗情况。通过吊飞试验及改进的蒽酮法,测定了桔小实蝇成虫干重和糖原积累的时间动态及不同时间飞行后虫体重和糖原含量的变化。结果表明随着日龄的增加桔小实蝇成虫干重和糖原含量先增加后降低,体重和糖原含量的变化与飞行能力及生殖等生理状况存在明显的相关性;飞行后,其体重和糖原含量显著下降,体重消耗率与吊测时间、实际飞翔时间及距离呈正相关,糖原在飞行中一直处于动用状态;分析表明,糖原是桔小实蝇远距离飞行的能源物质之一。结果为阐明桔小实蝇迁飞的能量利用与物质代谢提供了科学依据。
Clear the body weight of Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) long-distance flight weight and glycogen consumption. The dynamics of dry weight and glycogen accumulation and the changes of body weight and glycogen content after flight at different time were determined by hanging test and improved anthrone method. The results showed that the dry weight and glycogen content of the adult fruit fly first increased and then decreased with the increase of age, and the changes of body weight and glycogen content had obvious correlation with flight ability and reproductive physiological status. After flight, the body weight And glycogen content decreased significantly. The rate of body weight consumption was positively correlated with hanging test time, actual flying time and distance, and glycogen was in active state during flight. The analysis showed that glycogen was the energy material for long-distance flight one. The results provide a scientific basis for elucidating the energy utilization and material metabolism of migratory orange fruit fly.
