在被国务院列为上海经济区一号开发地区的长江三角洲太湖平原,盛开着一朵乡村企业的奇葩——常州市武进县西夏墅工具厂。这家厂发展速度之快、产品销路之广、经济效益之高,都令人瞩目。1983年,该厂仅46名职工、26万元产值;去年,职工队伍达到550人,总产值超过500万元!他们生产的各种硬质合金可转位金属切削刀具,包括可转位面铣刀、立铣刀、错齿三面刃铣刀,单道、多道螺旋阶梯式铣刀以及整体硬质合金刀具,硬质合金外圆、深孔滚压工具,硬质合金精铣刀盘(照片见本期封面——编者),硬质合金单刃铰刀等先进刀具已经畅销到全国各地,用户达2000余家。为了迎接机械工业技术改造高潮的到来,最近该厂又成功地开发了多种型号的数控车床自动换
In the Taihu Plain of the Yangtze River Delta, which was listed as the No. 1 development area of the Shanghai Economic Zone by the State Council, there is an exquisite work of a rural enterprise—the Xixiashu Tool Factory of Wujin County in Changzhou. The speed of development of this plant, the wide range of products sold, and the high economic benefits are all eye-catching. In 1983, the factory had only 46 employees and output value of 260,000 yuan; last year, the workforce reached 550 people, and the total output value exceeded 5 million yuan! They produced a variety of carbide cutting metal cutting tools, including the indexable surface Milling cutters, end mills, misaligned three-edge cutters, single-pass, multi-spiral stepped cutters and solid carbide tools, hard alloy outer rings, deep-hole rolling tools, hard-alloy finish milling cutters (Photos see the cover of this issue - editors), carbide cutting tools such as single-edged reamers and other advanced tools have been sold to all parts of the country, more than 2,000 users. In order to welcome the arrival of the climax of the technological transformation of the machinery industry, the plant has recently successfully developed a variety of models of CNC lathes for automatic replacement.
