连铸结晶器内铸坯的凝固行为直接影响着铸坯质量。为了清楚的认识结晶器内铸坯的凝固过程,建立了二维圆坯结晶器内钢水凝固传热及弹塑性应力瞬态分析模型,基于商业有限元软件ANSYS的直接耦合法模拟计算了圆坯在结晶器冷却过程中的温度及应力分布、坯壳厚度和收缩量。模拟结果表明:圆坯出结晶器坯壳厚度为15.5mm,边界收缩量为0.5mm,圆坯表层处于压缩状态,而内部处于拉伸状态。
The solidification behavior of slab in continuous casting mold directly affects the quality of slab. In order to clearly understand the solidification process of slab in mold, a transient model of solidification heat transfer and elastic-plastic stress analysis of molten steel in two-dimensional round billet mold was established. Based on the direct coupling method of commercial finite element software ANSYS, Temperature and stress distribution during mold cooling, shell thickness and shrinkage. The simulation results show that the thickness of round billet mold shell is 15.5mm, the boundary shrinkage is 0.5mm, the surface of round billet is in a compressed state and the inner part is in a stretched state.
