目的探讨环磷酰胺冲击联合激素治疗难治性肾病综合征的护理措施。方法回顾分析120例患者的临床资料。结果 120例患者经治疗后,随访2～3年,其中完全缓解98例,部分缓解15例,未缓解7例,总有效率为94%;5例出现轻度胃肠道反应,经暂缓用药及对症治疗后恢复正常。结论护士应具有高度的同情心和责任感,及时准确地执行各项医嘱,加强基础护理和心理护理,使患者积极配合各项治疗,早日康复。
Objective To investigate the nursing measures of cyclophosphamide combined with hormones in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results After treatment, 120 patients were followed up for 2 to 3 years, of which 98 were completely relieved, 15 were partially relieved, 7 were not relieved, and the total effective rate was 94%. Five patients developed mild gastrointestinal reactions, And symptomatic treatment returned to normal. Conclusion Nurses should have a high degree of compassion and sense of responsibility, timely and accurate implementation of the medical advice, strengthen basic care and psychological care, so that patients actively cooperate with the treatment, the early rehabilitation.
