Hepatic hemangiomas (hepatic hemangioma) is the most common benign tumor of the liver, and the incidence rate in the normal population is 0.5% to 0.7%. In recent years, with the rapid development of imaging technology, the detection rate has also increased significantly. At present, the exact pathogenesis of hepatic hemangioma is not yet clear, it may be related to congenital vascular dysplasia and acquired endocrine effects. The clinical manifestations lack specificity, and current treatment methods, especially surgical indications, are still highly controversial [1-4]. Through retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 35 patients with hepatic hemangiomas, to explore its surgical experience.
