天津消息 记者从铁道部有关部门获悉,2003年和2005年我国将再次实施两次大提速。而1997—2001年短短4年里,我国铁路已经进行了四次大规模提速。未来提速后的速度为多少?我国铁路的提速空间还有多大?安全系统是否可靠?服务质量是否降低?近日,记者采访了铁道部和天津铁路分局有关人士。全国有28条线路提速 记者从铁道部了解到,“十五”(2001—2005年)期间,我国铁路将总共进行3次大规模提速,分别在2001年10月、2003年和2005年进行。在“九五”三次大提速的基础上,“十五”提速将不仅进一步扩大既有线路的提速范围,还将修建客运专线和速度较高的新线。而未来3年内,铁道部将投资3500亿打造全国的现代化铁路系统,其中2700亿用于铁路建设,800亿用来购买火车车辆。
