目的:观察镍钛再治疗器械应用于根管再治疗的临床效果。方法:选择需进行根管再治疗的第一磨牙120颗,其中根管塑化患牙30颗,牙胶根充患牙90颗。随机分为3组,分别使用K锉、Mtwo R和ProTaper D器械去除根管内的充填材料。记录根管扩通数、扩通所用时间、患牙疼痛情况以及器械损伤情况。结果:3种器械对同种根充材料的扩通率和术中疼痛发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。镍钛再治疗器械对根充材料的清除速度较K锉快,并且术后1周内疼痛几率更低(P<0.05)。结论:镍钛再治疗器械能快速清理根管内充填材料,并且能减少根管再治疗期间疼痛的发生。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of nickel-titanium re-treatment instruments applied to root canal re-treatment. Methods: 120 first molar teeth requiring root canal re-treatment were selected, of which 30 teeth were plasticated by root canal and 90 teeth were treated by gutta percha root. Randomly divided into three groups, respectively, using the K file, Mtwo R and ProTaper D devices to remove the filling material within the root canal. Record root canal expansion, the expansion of the time spent, suffering from tooth pain and equipment damage. Results: There was no significant difference in the rate of expansion between the three kinds of root canal materials and the incidence of intraoperative pain (P> 0.05). Nickel-titanium re-treatment of root filling materials faster than the K-file removal rate, and less likely to have pain within 1 week after surgery (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: NiTi re-instrumentation can rapidly clean the filling material in the root canal and can reduce the incidence of pain during re-treatment of the root canal.
