家兔二前肢造成标准骨折后,分成喂自然铜药物组和对照组、测定不同愈合时期的骨痂的有机物(包括胶原)和无机物(包括钙、磷)。用药组骨痂的不溶性胶原均高于对照组,其中骨折后5、10、15天二组有显著差别(P<0.05)。骨折20天内,用药组的无机物高于对照组,且二组的钙、磷均有显著差别(P<0.05~0.001)。由于自然铜药液能加快骨痂的胶原合成和促进钙、磷沉积,故自然铜有加速骨折愈合作用。
After the standard fractures of the rabbit’s two forelimbs, the rabbits were divided into natural copper medicine group and control group, and organic matter (including collagen) and inorganic matter (including calcium and phosphorus) of bone callus at different healing periods were measured. The insoluble collagen in the drug group was higher than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups at 5, 10, and 15 days after fracture (P<0.05). Within 20 days of fracture, the inorganic content of the drug group was higher than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference in calcium and phosphorus between the two groups (P<0.05-0.001). Because natural copper medicine can accelerate collagen synthesis and promote calcium and phosphorus deposition in bone callus, natural copper accelerates fracture healing.
