嘉应观作为一种官式祭祀建筑,主要作用在于满足统治者治理黄河水患的政治要求,因而既具有普通建筑的艺术美,又具有皇家建筑的高贵气质,其艺术内涵值得考证。
As an official sacrificial building, Jiaying View mainly serves to meet the political requirements of the rulers in managing floods in the Yellow River. Therefore, both the artistic beauty of ordinary buildings and the noble qualities of royal architecture are worthy of research.
