以心理学、管理学、体育统计学等为理论依据,通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,选取南京市10所高校18支高水平运动队作为研究的调查对象,对高校高水平运动队群体凝聚力开展调查研究,研究发现,影响高校高水平运动队群体凝聚力的主要因素有5大类,按照影响的重要程度依次是团队因子、教练因子、队员因子、训练因子、支持因子。提出高校高水平运动队群体凝聚力的提升策略:注重团队文化打造、强化教练员综合执教素养、提升运动员的团队归属感、针对队伍类型和实际情况优化训练体系,并从内外机制上加大对运动队的全方位的支持。 Taking psychology, management science and sports statistics as the theoretical basis, 18 high-level sports teams from 10 colleges and universities in Nanjing are selected as the research object through the methods of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. According to the survey, the main factors that influence the cohesion of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities are listed in five categories. According to the order of importance, the team factors, coaching factors, team members, Training factor, support factor. Put forward the promotion strategy of cohesion of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities: pay attention to the team culture building, strengthen coaching coaching overall performance, enhance the athlete’s sense of team belonging, optimize the training system for team type and actual situation, Team’s full range of support.
