直升机在飞行过程中极易发生旋翼结冰现象,旋翼结冰对直升机的危害极大,为有效除冰和保障飞行安全必须进行旋翼结冰探测。研究通过分析旋翼的结冰特性、结冰机理和结冰范围以及激光三角法探测原理,探讨了一种基于激光三角法的非接触式旋翼结冰探测技术,该技术通过测算旋翼前后缘高差的方法,确定旋翼结冰厚度和速度。详细阐述了实现原理,给出了具体实施方案和实际应用中的不足与弥补方法,同步探测控制、偏振与检偏、浮动阀值等处理手段的应用有效地保证了测量精度和可靠性。
