目的了解大学生身体形态机能发育状况和规律,为制定相应政策和规划提供科学依据。方法抽取广东省华南师范大学、广东工业大学、深圳大学、东莞理工学院4所高校学生6 782名,测量身高、体重、胸围、肺活量、收缩压和舒张压等。结果城市学生身高、体重、胸围的均值明显大于农村学生(P<0.01);男生身高、体重、胸围均明显大于女生(P<0.01)。收缩压与肺活量存在明显的城乡差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);舒张压仅女生存在城乡差异(P<0.01)。男女生之间的收缩压、舒张压与肺活量的差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论大学生的形态发育和生理功能发育仍存在明显的城乡差异和性别差异。
Objective To understand the status and law of undergraduates’ physical form and function, and to provide a scientific basis for formulating corresponding policies and plans. Methods Six hundred and seventy-six college students from South China Normal University, Guangdong University of Technology, Shenzhen University and Dongguan Polytechnic University were enrolled in this study. Height, weight, chest circumference, vital capacity, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were measured. Results The average height, weight and bust of urban students were significantly higher than those of rural students (P <0.01). The height, weight and chest circumference of boys were significantly higher than those of girls (P <0.01). Systolic pressure and vital capacity had significant differences between urban and rural areas (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Only girls with diastolic pressure had differences in urban and rural areas (P <0.01). Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and vital capacity differences between boys and girls were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion There are still obvious differences between urban and rural areas and between sexes in the development of morphological and physiological functions of undergraduates.
