目的:观察阳桃根多糖对链脲佐菌素(streptozocin,STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠血清胰岛素及胸腺、脾脏指数的影响。方法:建立由链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病小鼠模型,将阳桃根多糖高、低剂量组、格列本脲组分别灌胃给药14d,另设模型组、正常对照组灌胃生理盐水。检测小鼠的空腹血糖值(FBG)、血清胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素敏感指数;测定小鼠胸腺指数及脾指数。结果:与模型组比较,阳桃根多糖高、低剂量组均能显著降低糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖(P<0.01)、空腹血清胰岛素(P<0.01),提高胰岛素敏感指数(P<0.01)、并能明显提高小鼠胸腺指数及脾指数(P<0.01)。结论:阳桃根多糖能显著降低STZ致糖尿病小鼠的FBG,改善糖尿病小鼠对胰岛素的敏感性,并增强糖尿病小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective: To observe the effects of carambola rhizome polysaccharide on serum insulin, thymus and spleen index in diabetic mice induced by streptozocin (STZ). Methods: Diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin (STZ) were established. The high, low dose and glyburide groups were given intragastrically for 14 days respectively. The model group and the normal control group were given normal saline . The fasting blood glucose (FBG), serum insulin (INS) and insulin sensitivity index of mice were detected. The thymus index and spleen index of mice were determined. Results: Compared with the model group, the fasting blood glucose (P <0.01), the fasting serum insulin (P <0.01) and the insulin sensitivity index (P <0.01) And can significantly improve the mouse thymus index and spleen index (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Carambola polysaccharides can significantly reduce FBG in STZ-induced diabetic mice, improve insulin sensitivity in diabetic mice, and enhance immune function in diabetic mice.
