采用全浸试验和动电位极化方法比较了四种不同的仿古铸铁在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,仿古灰口铸铁的腐蚀速率较仿古白口铸铁高;两种灰口铸铁中,低硫试样较高硫试样的腐蚀速率高,耐腐蚀性能差;两种白口铸铁中,低硫含量的试样与高硫含量的腐蚀速率和耐腐蚀性能均接近;X射线衍射仪分析表明四种铸铁的腐蚀产物均含有纤铁矿、磁铁矿和针铁矿,其中疏松不稳定的纤铁矿含量最多,并未发现海水打捞铁器中常见的腐蚀产物-四方纤铁矿.
The corrosive behaviors of four different kinds of antique cast iron in 3.5% NaCl solution were compared by immersion test and potentiodynamic polarization test.The results show that the corrosion rate of antique gray cast iron is higher than that of antique white cast iron, The corrosion rate and corrosion resistance of middle and low sulfur samples were higher than those of high sulfur samples. The corrosion rate and corrosion resistance of both low sulfur content samples and high sulfur content of the two kinds of white cast iron were similar. The X-ray Diffractometer analysis showed that the corrosion products of the four kinds of cast iron all contain lepidocrocite, magnetite and goethite, of which the content of loose and unstable lean iron is the most, and the common corrosion products of seawater salvaged ironware - mine.
