目的 :观察清热利湿、活血解毒法方剂联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗重症肝炎临床疗效。方法 :选取108例重症肝炎患者,将其按投币法随机分为观察组与对照组各54例。2组均同时给予常规对症治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟凉血活血解毒汤治疗,将2组患者治疗2月后的疗效及不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果:治疗后,观察组白蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05),总红胆素、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2月内,观察组死亡率(3.7%)低于对照组(13.0%)(P<0.05),不良反应发生率2组分别为11.1%、7.4%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :清热利湿、活血解毒法方剂凉血活血解毒汤联合还原型谷胱甘肽用于治疗重症肝炎患者,既能有效改善患者的临床症状与体征,又可促进肝功能恢复,延缓患者的病情发展,对延长患者生存时间及提高患者生存质量均具有重要作用。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Qingre Lishi, Huoxue Jiedu Prescription combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of severe hepatitis. Conclusion: The prescription of clearing away heat and dampness, promoting blood circulation and detoxifying, the prescription of Liang Xue Huoxue Jiedu Decoction combined with reduced glutathione for the treatment of patients with severe hepatitis can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, but also promote the recovery of liver function and delay the patients’ Disease progression, to extend the survival time of patients and improve the quality of life of patients have an important role.
