目的:优选消炎颗粒的提取工艺。方法:利用正交试验法考察加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数等因素对提取工艺的影响,以干浸膏得率和秦皮乙素含量为考察指标,烘干法测定干浸膏得率,高效液相色谱法测定秦皮乙素含量。结果:加8倍量水,煎煮1.5 h,煎煮3次为最佳提取工艺。结论:正交试验法筛选消炎颗粒的提取工艺可行、方法简便,制备的颗粒质量合格稳定。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of anti-inflammatory granules. Methods: The orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the effects of water addition, decocting time and number of decoctions on the extraction process. The dry extract yield and aesculetin were used as indexes. Drying method was used to determine the yield of dry extract , Determination of aesculin B by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Add 8 times the amount of water, boiling 1.5 h, boiling 3 times for the best extraction process. Conclusion: Orthogonal test screening of anti-inflammatory particles feasible extraction process, the method is simple, the quality of the prepared particles qualified and stable.
