必须以大当量、可持续的前瞻性技术投入引领全球技术革命的变迁,并培育和造就一大批能够主导全球产业分工的高端制造业企业。惟其如此,中国才能夯实作为一流经济强国的核心基础。在经济处于新旧增长动力换挡,经济脆弱性愈发明显,亟须新产业链提供新增长区间的关键时间窗口,《中国制造2025》战略规划的发布,正逢其时。
The transformation of the global technological revolution must be spearheaded by large equivalent and sustainable forward-looking technologies and to cultivate and foster a large number of high-end manufacturing enterprises capable of leading the global division of labor. Only in this way can China consolidate its core foundation as a first-rate economic power. As the economy is shifting gears between new and old growth, the economic vulnerability becomes more and more obvious, and a crucial time window for the new industry chain to provide new growth areas is urgently needed. The publication of the “Made in China 2025” strategic plan comes at a time.
