弧焊变压器的优化设计对能源和材料的节约有着重要的意义。本文建立了寿命经济变压器的数学模型,同时考虑了成本和效率,在整个寿命周期所消耗的社会财富最少。优化计算方法采用了混合离散变量法。结果表明,混合离散变量法优化计算所得结果可直接用于设计,比较适合于既有连续变量又有离散变量的工程实际问题的数学规划
The optimal design of arc welding transformers is of great significance for saving energy and materials. This paper establishes a mathematic model of economic life-span transformers, considering both cost and efficiency, with the least amount of social wealth consumed over the life cycle. The optimal calculation method uses a mixed discrete variable method. The results show that the results obtained by the optimization of the mixed discrete variable method can be used directly in the design and more suitable for the mathematical programming of engineering problems with both continuous and discrete variables
