答题思路:一是摆正角色位置,出力而不越位。人的行为只有与自己的角色地位相符合,才能与其他社会角色保持正常的和谐关系。无论是决策、表态、答复问题,还是交际应酬等,下级都应注意自己的身份,在自己职权范围内既敢于负责、勇于担当,又善于负责,不喧宾夺主和擅权越位。现实生活中有些人工作干了不少,但效果不佳,究其原因,恐怕与工作没有干到点子上,不注意收敛和约束自己,以及越位了有关。
