饮食习俗是我国传统饮食文化的重要组成部分,它既与我国广大人民群众的身体健康有着密切联系,也和树立怎样的民族形象以及党风建设紧密相关。为了引起社会各界对饮食习俗的重视,探讨如何对我国传统的饮食习俗进行改革,经省委宣传部长苗枫林同志提议,山东省民俗学会于1989年1月21日在济南召开了“饮食习俗改革座谈会”。
The dietary customs are an important part of our country’s traditional food culture. They are closely linked to the health of our broad masses of people and closely linked to the establishment of the national image and the construction of the Party’s work style. In order to arouse the attention of the community to dietary practices and to explore how to reform our traditional dietary practices, Proposal by Miao Fenglin, Minister of Propaganda Department of Shandong Province, Shandong Folk Culture Society held “Dietary Practices on January 21, 1989 in Jinan, Reform Forum. ”
